The queen room with two beds was just right for our family, and we loved the cozy seating area by the garden to unwind after our day. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the garden views during our stay. Just a heads-up, we noticed some insect activity in the bathroom, but it didn’t ruin our overall fun! 😊

I stayed here with my partner and loved the approachable receptionist and convenient location near the NOS Event Center. Although the fridge had some issues with ice buildup, it didn't overshadow the overall experience of my road trip. Definitely a unique stop!

I checked into a King Room for one night. The ice machine was accessible and the room was spacious enough for three of us. However, I was disappointed with the check-in process. The staff seemed unmotivated. There were three king rooms cleaned and ready, but we still had to wait. That felt inconsiderate. Plus, I found a giant dead cockroach and another live one trying to crawl into my bag of chips. Not a great sight at all. The room needs better pest control and attention to cleanliness.

The large King Room was impressively clean and roomy, allowing for a comfortable stay. Notably, the management was extremely accommodating, especially when a late checkout request was made. The room had a large screen TV and reasonable air conditioning, though the décor felt somewhat dated. Despite its limitations for long-term lounging, the location was great for my visit.

The room felt clean and roomy, great for a quick stay. Parking lot crowded with bad parking. Wouldn’t want to hang out there all day.

Just a fitting option for an overnight stay in San Bernardino with decent value for money. The room I was in was clean and ready when I got there. It’s best to double-check on your early check-in requests to avoid issues.

I stayed for two nights and found a good location for my events. The room was large with reasonable cleanliness. One thing I noticed was the overhead lights that turned on via a motion sensor, which I found interesting. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the outdoor pool area with the plants and palm trees felt nice and relaxing.
However, I encountered some noise issues. There was noticeable noise from outside during the night, including guests returning late and loud traffic. Additionally, the TV's channel selection was lacking, with no premium channels available.

A large King Room provided plenty of space, but the décor was somewhat shabby, and I missed having a TV guide. While some road noise and late-night fireworks disrupted the tranquility, the staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was impressively clean.
